We operate as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) by design, not by default. While many institutions in the art world are bogged down by administrative bloat, our lean, agile structure allows us to do what matters most: act. We don’t need the tax status of a non-profit to be a force for good; we have the operational efficiency of an LLC to ensure that our capital goes directly to where the city needs it most, rather than into the hands of bureaucratic overhead.

Our mission is to serve as the definitive digital flagship for St. Petersburg, and we believe that true success is measured by the prosperity of our local creative ecosystem. To that end, we have committed to a strict reinvestment model:

  • 15% to Local Artist Development: We reinvest directly into our artists, providing the resources, digital tools, and infrastructure they need to scale their careers and reach global collectors.

  • 15% to Arts Tourism: We dedicate significant resources to marketing St. Petersburg as a premier international destination for fine art, bringing high-net-worth buyers directly to our city’s physical galleries and studios.

  • Major Civic Contributions: Beyond the art community, we are committed to the broader health of St. Petersburg. A portion of our success is reserved for major annual contributions to the local causes, community initiatives, and cultural organizations that define the vibrant spirit of our home.
